Billie Sue Hubbard, born November 5, 1936 in Mineral Wells, TX, went home to be with Jesus, her Savior, on April 3, 2019. Billie died peacefully at home surrounded by family.

Billie is survived by her sons and their wives, Sunny and Brenda Hubbard, Ronald and Martha Hubbard, Curtis and Marie Hubbard, daughters and their husbands, Sue and Andrew Kulaga, Donna and Warren Eckhardt, Jan and Phillip Freeman, Rhonda and Jimmy Smith, Sheree and Jeff Yarborough, 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands Jack R. Mayfield and James R Hubbard.

Billie graduated high school when she was 16 years of age and earned her degree in education from NTSU. Billie taught piano from the time she was 16 years old. She was a wonderful homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She taught women’s bible studies for years and volunteered in her church. She raised her children to love the Lord and rely on Him for all their needs. She leaves a legacy of leading others to Christ and forever changing many lives and generations to love the Lord and walk with Him.
Visitation is on Monday, April 8th at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00. Private burial for family only.
