Billy S. McMullen, 85, went home to be with the Lord, Monday October 24, 2016.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 27, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Ash Creek Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Billy was born June 26, 1931 in Lake Worth to James and Myrtle McMullen. He was a quality control inspector for General Dynamics for 34 years before his retirement 1997. He was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of Azle Masonic Lodge #601, Lake Worth Masonic Lodge #1410, and Lake Worth Eastern Star Chapter #1109.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Mildred Burt, and brothers, Paul McMullen, James McMullen, and Don McMullen.

Billy is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Adams, Ethel Cosgrove, and Betty McMullen and numerous nieces and nephews.
