Billye Sue Wright

Billye Sue Wright, 84, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Billye Sue was born January 17, 1928, in Knox County to Delbert and Lois Corley. She and her husband, Wayne, moved to Lake Worth in 1956 and began a long career as Realtors and home builders.

She enjoyed living on Lake Worth, where she had many good friends. Billye loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and wanted daily updates on what was happening in their lives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Wright; parents, Delbert and Lois Corley; sister, Marjorie Woodward; and grandson, D.W. Wright.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol Baskin and husband, A.J.; son, Don Wright and wife, Tracy; grandsons, Ronnie Gilbert and wife, Shellie, Chris Baskin, Jay Baskin, Joshua Hauser, and Elijah Beissel; grandaughters, Brandi Lode and husband, Cody, Lauren Wright and Mariah Beissel; five great-grandchildren; brother, Lonnie Corley and wife, Nowanah; sister, Sammie Scott and husband, Scottie; and special friend, Ron Gilbert.
