Bobbie “Robin” Griffith, 88, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 and “Heaven just got a loaded pistol.” Memorial service: 2:00 PM, Monday, February 12, 2018, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.
Robin was born on January 19, 1930 in Lipan, Texas to Joseph and Georgia Taylor. She loved socializing and shopping with her friends. She loved her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved fishing, and anything to do with a deck of cards or dominos. She enjoyed painting in the last few years. She was an active member of Acton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Alvin Clark Griffith, one brother and two sisters.
Robin is survived by her sons: Joe McDuff and wife Fran, and Van Griffith, grandsons: Joe Wesley McDuff and Zachery McDuff, granddaughters: Crystal Chavez and husband Marcus, Candace Martinez and husband Shaun and Lillian Griffith and their mother, Cheryl Griffith, four great-grandchildren: Kyleigh and Camden Chavez, and Zoe and Mya Martinez, sister: Hester West and numerous nieces and nephews.
