Brent Ferren

May 11, 1953 - January 25, 2015

Brent Ferren, faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, was called home into the glory-filled presence of the Lord on Sunday, January 25. He died doing what he loved and surrounded by his family and church family.
Brent was born on May 11, 1953 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Ben and Ethalee Ferren. Brent married Jeanne Loper on May 30, 1974 and they began a journey together of love for one another and a journey of ministry in their shared love of Jesus Christ. Brent and Jeanne served together for 40 years in faithfulness to the Lord Jesus. For all of his adult life, Brent preached the gospel of Jesus in churches in both Texas and Oklahoma and on the mission field in Central America, South America and Africa. He had a passion for those who do not know Jesus that they may hear and receive the joyous Good News of the gospel of Christ. If ever there was a quote to fully express Brent
