Carl Jack “C.J.” Roach Sr., 71 years and 7 days old, left this earth and entered heaven’s gates peacefully at 5:13 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Memorial Service: 6:30 p.m., Sunday, June 10, 2018, for everyone to come celebrate the life of Carl Jack “C.J.” Roach Sr. at The Church at Azle, officiated by Pastor Mike Miles.

 

Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville, Texas, officiated by Pastor Woody Godbey.

 

Carl was born in Gainesville, Texas on May 30, 1947. He graduated from Gainesville High School in 1965. Carl worked for Longhorn Industries/Northwest Pipe as a Draftsman/Engineer for 46 years.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Mary Roach and his sister, Ida Lee Bright.

 

Survivors: Son, Carl Jack Roach Jr.; daughter, Tracey June Roach; grandchildren, Abi Nicole Roach and Autumn Jaclynn Roach; sister, Anna Raye Jones; nephew, Brent Wayne Jones; nieces, Julie Ann Fagan and Laura Leigh Williams; cousin, Stephen Harlow; and uncle, Carl Strauss.
