I knew Carol as a teenager when my husband, daughter and I moved a few doors from her and her family. Carol became my daughter's babysitter and a friend. We kept in touch after her and her family moved and she joined the service. I will miss her yearly letters. My condolences to her family.
Mel and Glenda Whirley left a message on April 3, 2021:
We thank God for the life of Carol. What a joy to have known her and witness her love that radiated for the Lord, her family, friends, and all she met. My sons were privileged to have her teach them in Sunday school; Hunter and Preston have their Ms Cobb stories. She made them feel special, and they were still “hers” years after teaching them because she always asked about them and followed that with a special memory she had with them. She spread love, fun, laughter, and the Word as she walked with God. We appreciate her godly service to family, church, community and country. She left a beautiful spiritual inheritance for you Cobb children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Our prayers continue for you.

Gail and I want to express our deepest sympathy to Christopher, Wendy, Allison, Julie , Nathaniel and your families. We know what a terrible loss this is to you. We will miss Carol and her annual family updates. We have many fond memories, growing up together in New York State. I am sure Carol’s spirit will be with you forever and your memories of her will lift you in difficult times.

Deep condolences on the passing of Carol. We knew her from Chapel 3 and the children’s programs. She was so kind and comforting when our son Anthony passed in 1988. What a lovely woman she has been to us all. I have never forgotten my experiences with her. Sending prayers for comfort and peace.
Alex and Jackie Begley left a message on March 31, 2021:
Chris, Julie, Allison and Wendy our heart hurts because you hurt. Our memories of your mom are many. From working with her at Chapel 3 to her sharing her precious Wendy with us every summer. She was a true woman of God and our world is left with a empty space we will never be able to fill. Her welcome home gathering in heaven must have been a wonderful sight as she has touched so many lives and shared her love of God with all who she met. My prayer now is that you find comfort that only our Father God can give. Rest with the angels Carol
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
