LIPAN — C.J. Mills, 27, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 in Erath County. Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Lipan. Burial: Martin Cemetery in Hood County. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wiley Chapel in Lipan.
C.J. was born June 16, 1984 in Mineral Wells and was a lifetime resident of Lipan. She worked for the Parker County Appraisal District and was a member of Pony Creek Baptist Church in Johnsville. She liked hunting, especially hogs and enjoyed dancing. Her children were very important to her.
Survivors: Daughters, Rylee Rae Parker of Granbury and Paisley Jae Pritchard of Lipan; fiance: Ben Glenn of Lipan; mother, Amy Kissel of Granbury; father, Jesse E. Mills of Lipan; grandparents, Marie and Gene Mills of Lipan, Carolyn Chaviers of Lipan and Les and Judy Parnell of Smithville, Okla.; brother, Josh Mills of Lipan; sisters, Leslie Jackson of Lipan, Jessica Bell of Lipan; aunt and uncle, Kit and Cindy Getchell; many other extended family members.
