I remember I went to Renee’, Allen’s sister-in-law birthday party, and Allen and his wife, Debra, Renne’s sister was there. My Daughter, Deborah, was about 6. She kept following Allen around all night. He was a little concerned, so he came and spoke to me about it. Come to find out,, my daughter thought Allen was Santa Claus. Allen was a great man. He was very sweet to my daughter. Thank you above Allen.

I met Allen when I was just a kid and starting out in picture framing. Never knowing our lives would crisscross over and over. When he and Debra moved to Granbury they became even closer and our back door neighbors. The Saturday night cook outs were the best. My favorite story is he and I had a jalapeño peppers eating contest. He got a really hot one, sweating like crazy and mine had no flavor at all. Still makes me laugh all these years later. He’ll be missed but his stories will live on. ❤️

Allen was one of the best men I have ever known. Great businessman, father, husband, and friend. All those weekend pool parties we had at his home were the best! Allen’s cooking on the grill was so….good! Rest peacefully my friend. Allen will be sorely missed. We were blessed by God to have a man like this in our presence. Rest Peacefully! Shirley
