Charlie Summers passed away Monday, August 20, 2018. Memorial Service: 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 25, 2018, Christ Way Bible Church, 4421 Jerri Lane, Haltom City, Texas 76117.

Charlie, better known as “Bubba”, was born in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the second child of all the siblings. Charlie was a loving friend, brother, father, companion and uncle. He loved to spoil his fiancée Ernestine How with gifts.

Charlie loved spending time with his family and friends. He would always bring some kind of trinket to those he loved. He had a heart of gold and would give anyone the shirt off his back.

He loved to eat, especially sweets. Charlie loved watching wrestling and football. He was always good for a laugh and smile. He will be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents: Sonny Brumbalow and Merlene Hunter.

Charlie is survived by his loving fiancée: Ernestine; son: Charlie Summers and wife Alexandria; siblings: Theresa Simpson, John Wiggins and wife Sheila, David Wiggins and wife Hallie, and Lisa Thomas and husband Robert; and numerous nephews and nieces.
