Charlotte Louise Mabery

Charlotte Louise Mabery was born June 25, 1943 to T.H. Moore and Wilma Louise Moore in Glen Rose, Texas. She passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020.  She is survived by daughter Angie Mabery and husband Leonel Saenz of McKinney, Texas, daughter Tina Mabery of Fort Worth, Texas and grandson, Grant Lear of Okinawa, Japan and brother Gary Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas.

She graduated from Tolar High School in 1961. She went on to attend Tarleton State University and received a BBA in Business.  She also attended the University of North Texas and received a certification in Marketing education. She taught high school business classes for 27 years. She loved her career and was adored by her students.

She spent most of her life in Tolar. She was involved with various projects including serving on the city council and the Tolar cemetery board. She was instrumental in the approval of the J.D. Neely Community Center, Tolar banking center and housing projects.

She is a lifelong Methodist and was raised in the church by her Mother who was also faithful to the church. She was loved by so many and she loved her friends and family deeply. She will be greatly missed.

There will be a private graveside service at the Tolar Cemetery.
