Many thanks to Doc Ransom and Leigh for always helping us at Jake E’s Riding Round Up. You guys have been there for us, the horses, and the riders from the very beginning and for that we will be forever grateful. What an amazing opportunity we had every time Doc came to us at the ranch. He was always willing to help in every way. Thank you Lord for friends like Doc and Leigh

Giving my condolence to the family of Martin, writing this brings lots of memories as a child, spending time at the house in Meadowbrook, running around the woods between I-30 and their home, running around the neighborhood, not getting into to much trouble, taking the bus from Lancaster St to Downtown and hanging out, going into Woolworths and the movies, going into Kelly's closet looking at his model cars and slot cars, seeing Matin and Randy at the rodeos in Mansfield, Eating Uncle Bills BBQ and wieners and chili with a onion wedge, etc..May everyone find comfort in the days to come. God Bless

Dr Ranson you came into my life when I was a brand new horse owner. You worked so hard to save my boy both you & Leigh. I earned friends during that time. I always smile when I think about what you told me "you would stay the night with Ben but you did not like snakes". I know my Ben greeted you & I am forever grateful for all you did. Heaven did indeed gain an awesome vet/cowboy.

Handsome Ransom. One of many names for such a amazing Cowboy. I was always amazed at your love for horses and what an incredible giving heart you had. The horses at Jake E’s Riding Round Up were so blessed by all the excellent care and love you gave them. I am so grateful for the time I was able to spend with you, Leigh and the girls. Our lives were so much better with you in it. We are going to miss you terribly. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I saw a man riding a horse in the clouds yesterday, and learned later of your journey, Martin. I feel blessed by your visit. I love you Leigh, you are truly an Angel.
