Mrs. Ator was my SIGHTS teacher at Horn Elementary and I have often referred to her as one of those special teachers that makes a profound difference in the lives of their students. I just stopped to look her up and found that she had passed just a few years ago. I wish I had found her sooner to share with her personally what a wonderful person she was and to thank her for all her efforts. We still talk about having to get "the grungy work" done. My sincerest condolences go out to your family. She was a treasure.

My deepest condolences to the Ator family. I went to church with the Ator's at Willow Meadows Baptist Church, many years ago. I also had Mrs. Ator as my 6th grade teacher at Parker Elementary in Westbury. I will always remember A welcoming and smiling face when I think of her. May God comfort the family and friends during this time. Love always
