Connie Clack, 58, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 in Fort Worth.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm. Friday, October 11, 2019 at Martin’s Funeral Home, 100 S. Morgan Street in Granbury.
Funeral service will be held 10 am. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Lakeside Baptist Church, 500 W. Bluebonnet Drive in Granbury with burial to follow at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury.
Connie was born in Fort Worth, TX. on September 12, 1961 to William Martin Whitt and Freda Huckabee Whitt. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church and a member of the Bykota Sunday School Class which she very much enjoyed. Connie loved artistic painting and she loved her three pups.
She was a very caring mother and a very devoted wife.
Connie is survived by her husband of 19 years, Jeff Clack; sons, Khalil Tabaja and spouse Etti, Adam Tabaja and spouse Shea, Jamal Tabaja and Jordan Clack; mother Freda Whitt; brothers Jeff Whitt, Keith Whitt and Kevin Whitt and spouse Sharla and by a niece and nephews.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Billy Whitt.
