Courtnee Marie (Brown) Spicer, a devoted wife and mother, daughter, and friend, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from a pulmonary embolism.
The celebration of Courtnee’s life will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at The Church at Azle, 1801 S. Stewart St Azle, TX 76020. Burial will be held at 10:15 a.m. Thursday September 19, 2013 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, for close friends and family.
A special trust fund has been established for her treasured boys at Bank of America.
She began her life on July 30, 1982 to her parents Terri and Curtis Brown, in Evansville, Indiana.
After moving to Texas she attended school in Azle, as a student in the class of 2000. At the young age of 17 she was blessed and challenged with the birth of her first precious son Bryson who weighed 1pounds 12oz. at birth. Her unwavering perseverance and devotion helped him thrive as she grew to love being a mother. When Bryson was 17 months old she celebrated the birth of her second born Payton.
Courtnee met the love of her life, Curtis Spicer and married him in November 2003. For the past ten years they have enjoyed a happy life attending sporting and school events, traveling on family vacations, and spending time with family and friends.
Courtnee is survived by her husband, Curtis Spicer; sons, Bryson and Payton Wilson; Mother, Terri Brown; Father, Curtis Brown; Brother, Wade Brown; Niece, Phynix; Grandpa, Jim Brown; Grandma, Joyce Geary; Great Grandma, Daisy Hollingsworth; and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.
She is proceded in death by Grandma, Donna Herr; Grandpa, Norman Herr; Grandma, Sharon Brown; mother in-law Betty Sitton.
