Dale was born on December 5, 1953 in Monahans, Texas to Richard and Addie Womack. He worked in the construction industry and was a member of First Baptist Church of Glen Rose. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Dale is survived by his wife Carole Womack of Glen Rose, three brothers: Gerald Wayne Womack, Ricky Lynn Womack, and Terrell Paul Womack, four sisters: Beverly Iness, Becky Sherman, Terry Prince, and Denise Myers and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and great nephews.
