GRANBURY — David A. Taylor, 65, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012, in Granbury.
Memorial service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012, at Wiley Funeral Home.
Mr. Taylor was born Nov. 18, 1946, in Seymour, Ind., to Walter R. and Dorothy Marie Hiten Taylor. He had lived in Granbury since 1995. Mr. Taylor was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He owned and operated his own Roofing Co. He loved the outdoors, watching religious programs. He loved his children and grandchildren. He played Hamlet in a stage play for Knights of Columbus. He was a member of the American Legion.
Survivors: Son, Shaun E. Taylor and wife, Sabrina, of Granbury; daughters, Ariel Taylor, Alyssa Taylor, both of Arlington, Tonya Dameron and husband, Steven, of Arlington; Tisha Perdue of Columbus, Ind.; grandchildren, Terri Taylor, Kryston Andes, Jordan, Jazmine, Michael and Sophia Perdue; great grandchild, Taylor Marie Andes; brothers, Russell Williams of Kentucky, Dwayne Taylor of Indiana; sisters, Debbie Williams of Indiana, Martie Stetlar of Indiana, Lisa Smith of Illinois, Tammy of Illinois, Suni of Indiana, Rise’ Lyman of San Antonio, Shanda Wisler of Indiana, Lori, Joanna Parrott of El Paso.
