Deanna Lynn Shingleton, 54, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Monday, May 11, 2020. Deanna Lynn Shingleton, 54, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Monday, May 11, 2020.
Deanna is survived by the love of her life Ruberman Zelaya, parents Cecil and Joann (Barnard) Hawkins, children Scott Hawkins, Craig Hawkins, Vickie Hawkins and Christopher Shingleton, grandchildren Brandon, Carmen, Caitlyn and Lauren, siblings Cindy Pietrzykowski (Tony) and Johnny Hawkins, nephew Christen and numerous cousins.
Deanna loved life, her children, and her extended family. She missed Texas, but she was fascinated by the high desert area of Farmington, New Mexico which became her home.
Deanna loved giving everyone a gift, even if the only thing she had to give was a hug and a smile.
A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Friday, May 15, 2020, at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 16, 2020, Acton Cemetery.
