Debbie was born on September 29, 1952 to Donald and Helen Hildebrand. She worked as a drug and alcohol abuse counselor and was a strong advocate for Alcoholics Anonymous. She loved the river and enjoyed dancing.
Debbie is survived by her daughter: Lisa Watson and her husband Nathan, grandchildren: Kendra Rye and Jeremy Rye, one great-grandchild on the way, mother: Helen Hildebrand and sister: Dana Prikryl.
Debbie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
