Diane Elizabeth Simons

Diane Simons, 74, of Granbury, TX, passed away on April 14, 2020, in Granbury. Diane was born to Paul and Helen (Kuykendall) Mazzo in Hartford, Connecticut, on February 26, 1946.

Diane attended Holy Name High School in Ft. Worth TX, married Ronald Everett Simons, and worked for General Dynamics until she retired with her beloved husband and dogs. She is remembered for her love of dogs, youthful spirit and a sense of humor.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Helen, her husband, Ronnie, and brother, Patrick Joseph Mazzo. She is survived by her son, Paul Simons of Midland TX; her daughter, Kari Bauer of Apache Junction AZ; brothers and sisters-in-law Tony and Lana Mazzo and Jim and Terri Mazzo; and sister and brother-in-law Buddy and Anne Coleman; grandchildren Valary Brewer, Chad Brewer and Sarah Ard; multiple great grandchildren, and a multitude of family and friends who love and miss her dearly.

Diane is being interred at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Friends for Animals of Acton, TX, or the American Diabetes Association.
