Dominic Del Bosque was born on March 8, 1964 to Sergio Del Bosque and Minerva (Benavides) Del Bosque in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX.
Dominic graduated from Pascal High School in 1982 and was a very talented golf player there. After graduation he enlisted in the US Air Force where he served as a MP from 1985-1992. When in the Philippines he became a certified deep sea scuba diver. He always loved being in or on the water. After his military service he became a Deputy Sheriff for Tarrant County Sheriff Department in Fort Worth, TX. He served 28 years there performing various duties of the sheriff department. While working as a deputy, he met Janette at the county hospital in January 2000.
Dominic married his beloved, Janette Louise Marr, on March 12, 2007 at Lock Heart Gables B&B in Fort Worth. Together they lived in Benbrook, TX and enjoyed boating and taking bike trips on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Dominic picked out his dream dog, a German Shepherd, and named him Dodge. Also, during that time, they had two beautiful daughters, Jana Lynn and Deanna Joy. His little family meant everything to him. In 2013 they moved to their five-acre Double JD Ranch north of Saginaw, TX. He raised Angus cows and chickens. He loved his family and worked hard so they could take family trips together. They often went to Galveston Island Beach. He enjoyed traveling, cruising, hiking, boating, fishing, playing & watching golf, cooking menudo and eating pounds and pounds of boiled crawfish. He dreamed of having a classic muscle car and living in an isolated cabin surrounded by many acres of land.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sergio and Minerva Del Bosque.
Dominic is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Janette; daughters Jana and Deanna; brother, Sergio Del Bosque II; sisters, Minerva Blanton, Nancy Del Bosque, Elizabeth Saldivar and Judy Capaldo and numerous nieces and nephews.
