Donna Lee Harris

Donna Lee Harris, 69 of Azle passed away on September 23, 2020 after an extended illness.

Visitation: 5:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, September 25, 2020, Biggers Funeral Home.

Service: 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 26, 2020, Biggers Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow at Azleland Memorial Park.

Donna was born July 5, 1951 in Fort Worth, Texas to William Wilson Howeth and Frances Lorraine Jones Howeth.

Donna married Harlin A. Harris on October 9, 1970 in Azle. She worked for 29 years with the Azle ISD.

She loved working with children and special needs children at school. She changed many lives with her compassion and kindness. She always listened.

Donna loved watching Lifetime movies, shopping, and collecting giraffes and snowmen.

Donna lived for her grandchildren and brought kindness and love to those around her.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, William Howeth, and sister, Bonnie Miller.

Survived by her husband, Harlin A. Harris; her son, Kenny A. Harris and his wife Felicia; her daughter, Amy Lee Schott and her husband Shaun; grandchildren, Brett Harris, Allyson Thurston and her husband Ethan and their mother Beth Coleman, MacKenzie Harris, Jace Harris, Kobe Schott, Kelton Schott; her mother, Frances Howeth; her sisters, Carol Dean Powell, Sharon Auvenshine, Reta Mendoza.
