Derwood was the best and will be missed greatly. I have so many memories from my younger years of him coaching me in softball. He gave me the nickname "jets" as a joke because of my Taurus speed around the bases. He always had a smile and a comment after you crossed the plate. He left memories that will never be forgotten.
