Dwayne Lantrip, 77, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, in Fort Worth.

Mr. Lantrip was born June 3, 1934, in Karnack, Texas, to Rufus and Winnie Lou Tanton Lantrip. He married Michaelle Castleberry, Sept. 30, 1985, in Houston. Mr. Lantrip graduated from Baylor University in Aug. 1960 with a degree in Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Southern California in Sept. 1979 with a degree in International Politics. He was the Director of Procurement for Duke/Fluor Daniel Inc., an oil engineering company.
Survivors: Wife, Michaelle Lantrip of DeCordova; daughters, Christina Blevins of DeCordova, Julie Light and husband, Alan, of Houston; granddaughters, Cameron Smith and Bailey Light, both of Houston; and additional family members.
