GRANBURY — Earl Parish, 75, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012, in Glen Rose.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home. Services will be held in Littlefield, Texas at a later date.
Memorials: Diabetes Association.
Mr. Parish was born Aug. 18, 1936, in Springlake, Texas, to Clyde Dayton Parish and Mary Robnett Parish. He served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1963. Earl farmed all his life and also drove a truck for many years. He was a Baptist. Preceding him in death were his parents and four brothers.
Survivors: Children, Ricky Parish of Phoenix, Ariz., Donna Buckner of Walnut Springs, Earl K. Parish, Jr. of Granbury, Ross Gunter Parish of Euless; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Lanelle Kennemer of Round Rock, Bobbette Tinney of Lubbock; ex-wife and mother of his children, Mazie Parish of Glen Rose.
