Emilie Morris Wiggins, 92, a retired mail order clerk for Montgomery Ward, passed away peacefully at home Thursday, April 24, 2014.A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home.Emilie was born July 20, 1921, in Decatur to Charles and Dora Jane Young and was a 1938 graduate of Boyd High School. She was a longtime member of Rosen Heights Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Silas L. Morris, and a daughter, Janann Burns.The family would like to thank her Vitas hospice nurse, Jeanie Wallace, for the excellent care she provided.She is survived by her husband, Winfred S. Wiggins of Saginaw; stepchildren, Richard Wiggins and wife, Mary, of Azle, Barbara Hallows of Keller, Patricia Leach and husband, Rodney, of Granbury, and Chris Wiggins and wife, Debbie, of Overton, Nevada; sister, Joyce Hurd of Cleburne; son-in-law, Ronald Burns and wife, Leah, of Arlington; sister-in-law, Cecelia Young of Bridgeport; grandchildren, Amy Burns Hinojosa and husband, Ruben, of Fort Worth and Joshua Burns of Vinita, Oklahoma; and great-grandchildren, Dillon and Talan Hinojosa.
