GRANBURY — Emogene Love, 82, went home to be with the Lord on June 15, 2016 in Granbury.
No services are planned at this time for Mrs. Love.
She was born May 26, 1934 in Birmingham, Alabama to Jesse Argus and Eula Faye Nicholson Colburn. She worked as a Certified Nursing Aide for several years. She loved the Lord and loved giving him praises.
Emogene was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Eula Colburn; son,  Douglas Wayne Love; three brothers, Edward Cranford, Jay Colburn and John L. Colburn; two sisters, Betty Jean Smith and Alice Faye Evans and one nephew, David Smith.
Survivors: children, Danny Eugene Love and James Allen Love, Brenda Jean Love and Michelle Denise Love; sister, Margaret Wilson; nieces, Carol Lynn Carpenter, Angie Lawson, Teresa Wilson, Darlene Smith and Kim Colburn and nephews, Greg Wilson and John Michael Colburn.
