Ethel Owens Lester, 76, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014, in Fort Worth.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walnut Creek Baptist Church in Reno. Interment will be at Goshen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.Mrs. Lester was a lifelong Springtown area resident and a member of Walnut Creek Baptist Church for over 30 years.  She is survived by her husband, Jerry G. Lester; children, Terry Clayton Lester and Felicia E. Smith of Weatherford; brother, Jimmy Lee Owens of Weatherford; sister, Mary Ruth Jones of Roby, Missouri; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
