Everett Farris Stoner passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Western Star Cowboy Church. Burial: Annis Chapel Cemetery, in Parker County. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Biggers Funeral Home.
Everett Farris Stoner was born October 17, 1940, in Bowie to parents, Myrtle Pearl Lovelady Stoner and Samuel Hugh Stoner.
He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.
He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Myrtle Stoner.
He is survived by: His loving wife of almost 50 years, Fieldan Stoner; daughters, Christina Abbott of Springtown; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Glenda Stoner of Springtown; his daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Michael Wilson of Fort Worth. He is also survived by his siblings, sister and brother-in-law, Jeanetta and Kenneth Webb of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Kathy Stoner of Oklahoma, and Sam and Lynn Stoner of Modesto, California; cousin “sister,” Joyce Rosenbaum of Bowie; grandchildren, Christi Perry, Garrett, Allison, Abigail, Mark, Kayla and Michelle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
