I will never forget meeting Aunt Beth, I was a little intimidated by her actually for I was just a little ole 23 yr old youngster! But I loved her immediately, and loved visiting her and Uncle Hoyt and loved to listen to her tell stories at the kitchen table. That is where I learned to bake banana nut bread. And to this day, and it’s only been a mere 40 yrs later, it is the only recipe I use when baking banana nut bread, it’s in my recipe book as Aunt Beth’s Banana Nut Bread. Love and peace to the family, I know you all will miss her dearly. Rest In Peace dear Aunt Beth ❤️
