Felix Leonardo Loya, 62, passed away Friday, March 11, 2016, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Funeral services were at held 7 p.m. Friday, April 22, in Biggers Funeral Chapel with visitation prior to the service. Following the service, Felix will be taken to El Terrero, Mexico, for burial.
