Franklin E. Bell, better known as Gene Bell, 81, passed away June 11, 2019. Services will be held 10:00am, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Acton Cemetery. Visitation will be at 6:00 – 8:00pm, Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Wiley Funeral Home. Gene Bell was born on August 4, 1937 in Shannon, Texas to Vincent and Helen Bell.
Gene is survived by wife: Barbara Sanya Bell; Son: Paul Bell and wife Phyllis; Daughter: Karen Schleyer and husband Greg; Granddaughters: Michelle, Sanya, Christina, Katie; 7 Great-Grandchildren; and a Sister: Lois. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.
