Gary “Fuzzy” Johnson, 58, of Granbury, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017. Celebration of Life: 4:00 PM, Saturday, November 11, 2017, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.
Gary was born on May 20, 1959 in Fort Worth, Texas to Richard and Linda Johnson. He was married to the love of his life Lisa. They were married for 17 years. He was a fanatic about race cars and drag boats. He loved riding on his motorcycle and playing golf. He will be missed by many. He was loved by all. He also will be missed by his other family the Railroad, Union Pacific where he worked for 38 years as a machinist. He was well respected and loved. He loved going to work. If anyone needed anything he was there. He was joined in heaven with his father, Richard Johnson and his loyal companions Ping and Wriley Ann and Zeus. We will miss him and our hearts are heavy but he is in a better place with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
Gary is survived by his wife: Lisa Johnson, children: Shelley Marie Taylor and husband Zac, Tyler Dempsey and wife Carina, and Jamie Chenault, grandchildren: Delaneyann, Jackson, Colby, Kailee, and Mike, sisters: Sharon and husband Tracy Keenom, Kim Braham and Karen Worthington and mother: Linda Johnson. He also is survived by brothers-in-law Bryan Dempsey and wife Tina, Steve Dempsey and many many friends and relatives, his kitten Chloe and puppy Harper.
