GRANBURY — Ginger Hodges, 67, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016 in Dallas.
Celebration of Life: 2 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Southside Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made in Ginger’s memory to Vacation Bible School at Southside Baptist Church.
She was born April 29, 1949 in Memphis, TN to Joe Arthur and Mary Elizabeth Troutt Chance. She married John David Hodges June 17, 1978 in Vallejo, CA. Ginger was a registered nurse for Granbury ISD and worked at the Glen Rose Medical Center. She was very active in her daughter’s school activities. Ginger was a member of Southside Baptist Church and Christian Women’s Job Corp. She knew the meaning of unconditional love and cherished her family.
Ginger was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joe Chance.
Survivors: Husband, David Hodges; daughter, Liz and husband, Ryan Boulanger; grandchildren, Ellic and Kyler Boulanger; sister, Susan Bingham; nieces and nephews, Cathy Turner, Gini Hasircioglu, Karen Stevens and Gene Bingham; numerous great nieces and nephews; best friend, Erin Lindke; and special friend, Chance Frye.
