Gloria was born August 14, 1935 in Mason City, Iowa to Celestino Esparza and Rosa Lopez Abrego. She married Anselmo W. Fernandez in Northwood, Iowa. She was a member of the Catholic Church.
Survivors: Husband, Anselmo W. Fernandez of Glen Rose; daughter, Sally and husband, George Dixon of Southlake; sons, Anselmo D. Fernandez, Jr. of Rainbow, Thomas
