Retired US Air Force Master Sgt., Gordon Mathew Hatch, 76, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017.
Memorial Service: 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Biggers Funeral Home.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Gordon was born December 8, 1940, in Freer, to Wallace Everett and Nellie Dolores Hatch. “Gordy” never met a stranger! He was a lover of everything outdoors, and it was hard to drag him inside! His biggest hobby was raising horses. He had a passion for agriculture, which kept him outdoors. He was proud of his history in the military, as well as his contribution to building the F-16s while at General Dynamics and later, Lockheed Martin.
Gordon M. Hatch is preceded in death by his parents, and his former wife, Lottie Briggs Hatch.
Survivors: Gordy is survived by his wife, Norma Hatch; his sister, Jan Cortez and her husband, Jerry; his daughter, April Cooper, and her son; his son, Gordon Hatch, Jr., his wife, Karen and their two children; his son, Hollis Hatch, his wife, Karen, and their five daughters, and six grandchildren; his daughter, Kimberly Hatch; his stepdaughter, Terri Prollock and her husband, Steve, and their two sons; his stepson, Matthew Osborne, and his three children; his stepdaughter, Kimberly Dodge, and her two children; his stepson, Taylor Osborne, and his wife, Laura, and their two children.
