Gus Richard Pittman, 53, of Lake Worth, Texas, passed away February 17, 2019 in Lake Worth.

Gus Richard Pittman was born in San Antonio, Texas to Joe Andrew Pittman Jr. and Mary Guadalupe Baca Pittman on June 6, 1966. He graduated from Lake Worth High school in Lake Worth, Texas. He married Hang Thi Ngoc (Janice) Pham on April 19, 2016 in Fort Worth, Texas. He worked in the food industry for much of his adult life serving the citizens of Lake Worth and surrounding areas. He was a skilled grocer with an expertise in meat carving for a number of reputable chains such as Albertsons, Brookshires, and most recently, Fiesta. In recent years, his favorite job was being a husband, father, and uncle.
Gus Richard Pittman is preceded in death by his father, Joe Andrew Pittman Jr., who died September 30, 1978.
Gus is survived by his wife, Janice Pittman; son, Jonathan Pittman; mother, Mary Guadalupe Baca Pittman; mother of his son, Elda Buenrostro ; his brothers, Joe Andrew Pittman III, George Fredrick Pittman and wife, Nicole Ann ; nephews and nieces, Jason Andrew Pittman, Joe Andrew Pittman IV and Cynthia Flores, James Brandon Pittman and wife, Emerald , Derek Ivan Pittman, Gina Nicole Henze and husband, David , Annette Cassandra Pittman-Crivellaro and husband, Christian, Angela Michelle Morrison and husband, Ryan ; and 12 great- nieces and nephews.
The Lord is close to the broken-hearted,
