TOLAR — Gwenda “Gwen” Evartt, 62, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, in Glen Rose.
Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at Wiley Funeral Home in Glen Rose.
Burial: Squaw Creek Cemetery in Rainbow, Texas.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Gwen was born Apr. 21, 1953, in Acton, Texas, to Raymond Richard Molder and Ruby Ellen Riley Molder. Gwen was famous for her chicken enchilada casserole and her Thanksgiving dressing. She was an active member of the Relay for Life on the Brookshire’s team.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters, Larry Molder, Billie Harkcom, Judy Harkcom, Jodi Overton and her twin sister, Glenda Westmoreland.
Survivors: Sons, Raymond Evartt and wife, Candice, of Tolar, and their children, Austen, Diane and Colten, Joey Evartt and wife, Sherrie, of Big Spring, Texas, and their children, Britney, Jared, Hunter, Kimberly, Kole, Alaina, Jason Evartt and wife, Jennifer, of Tolar, and their children, Aaron, Jacob and Kane; brother, Pepper Molder of Walnut Springs, Texas; brothers-in-law, Harvey Harkcom of Glen Rose, Gary Westmoreland, Sr. of White Settlement; sister-in-law, Susan Molder of Rainbow; and numerous nieces and nephews.
