November 21, 1938 - December 8, 2015

Herman E. Burcie, 77, a beloved husband, father, papa and friend, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 8, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Micalea; brothers, Ross, Jack and Lee; and sisters, Hope and Mamie.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nelda Burcie of River Oaks; sons, Bryan Burcie and wife, Kim, Scott Burcie and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Lori Ramsey and husband, Tony, Josh Braden and wife, Sharon, Amanda Burcie, Brandon Burcie and wife, Appa; great-grandchildren, Timothy, Reagan, Kyleigh, Eric and McKenzie; and numerous other relatives and friends.
