Howard was born on March 7, 1959 in Munich, Germany to Mac and Rachel Townsend. He loved his family and friends dearly and cherished time spent with them.
Howard was a truck driver for over 30 years. He loved riding his bike and was a member of the American Legion Riders.
Howard is survived by his son: Chance Townsend, daughter: Zshalie Vandever and husband Taylor, grandchildren: Emmaree and Kenneth, and brothers: Mac Townsend, Jr. and wife Fang, Madison Scott Townsend, and James Stanley Townsend.
