GRANBURY — Hoyt E. Moore, 82, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, in Granbury.
Service: 2 p.m. Sunday at Granbury Church of Christ. Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: was 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Hoyt was born Jan. 29, 1930 in Hill City to Charles C. and Faye Wood Moore. They preceded him in death. He married June Dyer on Oct. 16, 1953, in Lipan. He was a civilian employee of the Texas Air National Guard and worked for General Dynamics, Bell Helicopter and was a custodian for Granbury Church of Christ. He had lived in Granbury for 38 years and a former resident of Tolar, Fort Worth and Hurst. He loved and was loved by many.
Survivors: Wife of nearly 59 years, June Moore of Granbury; sons, Kenny Buford and wife, Tammy Moore, of San Antonio and Kevin Eugene and wife, Linda Moore, of Granbury; daughter, Kaye Lynn and husband, Derek Howell, of Round Rock; grandchildren, Monica Christopher, Angela and husband, Dwight Sadler, Erica and husband, Adam Heckler, Erin and husband, Jordan Johnson, Kody Howell, Makenzie Moore, Kayce Howell, Kevin Eugene Moore II, Statia Moore and Kenadie June Moore; great-grandchildren, Farrah Christopher, Marilyn Christopher, Logan Sadler, Landon Hoyt Sadler, Lynnsey LaBelle and Emily Heckler; sisters, Charlene and husband, Mack Perry, of Mansfield and Glenda and husband, Herb Waldrup, of Keller; eight nieces and nephews.
