Ileen Parsons

KOPPERL — Ileen Parsons, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015, in Fort Worth.
Service: A “Celebration of Life” service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Oakdale Steakhouse in Stephenville, Texas. An additional “Celebration of Life” will be held in Hamilton, Mont. at a later date.
Mrs. Parsons was born Dec. 7, 1933, in Welsh, LA, to Eugene and Gladys Runyan Robinson. She married Russell McCormick Parsons, Sept. 24, 1955, in Welsh, LA. She had lived in Kopperl, TX the past 4 years and had previously lived in Stephenville, TX and Hamilton, MT. where she was a member of the PEO, BV Chapter. She enjoyed puzzles and volunteer work with food banks. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Richard Robinson.
Survivors: Husband, Russell McCormick Parsons of Kopperl, TX; sons, David Parsons and wife, Kimberly, of Lake Fork, TX and Marietta, OK, Russell Wayne Parsons and wife, Sheila, of Granbury, TX; daughters, Wendy Thompson and husband, Terry, of Glen Rose, TX, Jody Parsons of Hamilton, MT; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
