Jade Victoria Bridier

Jade Victoria Bridier, age 4, was granted her angel wings on August 29, 2016, following a short battle with DIPG. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Jade touched in her short, yet memorable life.
Service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 3, 2016, Tolar Baptist Church, 400 Tolar Hwy, Tolar, TX.
Interment: Ashbury Cemetery, Tolar, TX.
Visitation: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, September 2, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the Bridiers ask that a donation be made to the gofundme account in Jade’s name or to a foundation supporting a cure for DIPG.
Jade was a true princess with a big heart. She loved dancing, singing, making silly faces and dressing up as a princess. Jade was an incredible child, learning to sign at a very early age and always astounded us by her quick learning abilities. Jade was a loving, protective and patient big sister to her very active sister Mila, age 2.
Jade’s bond with her father was special. On his days off from being a local Trooper, they could be found at the nail shop painting their toe nails purple, going to the movies and the gym or buying ice cream, one of Jade’s favorite things.
With Jade’s passing we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her every day she will forever remain in our hearts. We are so thankful Jade’s sister Mila met her, so she can hold dear, the memory of Jade’s gentle spirit.
Jade is survived by her loving parents, Troy and Vicky (Cha) Bridier of College Station, TX, sister, Mila Elisabeth Bridier, paternal grandparents, Charles Windell Bridier and
Carolyn Elizabeth Bridier of Tolar, TX, maternal grandfather, Mike Lathrop Cha of Las Vegas, NV, maternal grandmother, Lisa Lathrop Cha of Sacramento, CA and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
