LIPAN — James Andrew “Andy” Phy, 63, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015, in Dallas.
Memorial service: will be held at the ranch at a later date.
Andy was born Dec. 15, 1951, in Fort Worth to James Milton Phy and Mary Ellen Humphrey Phy. He was a builder for 35 years. He loved to travel and enjoyed working with his cattle.
A warm and generous man, Andy cherished his family, his wife, sons and grandchildren.
Survivors: Wife, Barbara Folsom Phy; sons, David Benjamin Phy and wife, Monika, Dr. Bradley O’Neill Folsom and wife, Heather, Geoffrey Michael Folsom and fiancee’, Maria; grandchildren, Lily, Mable, Raymond and Alyssa; aunt and uncle, Paul and Ann Phy.
