GRANBURY — James Clayton Huntsucker, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, in Granbury, Texas.
Service: 11:00 am, Saturday, June 13, 2015, at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel in Granbury.

James was born on June 30, 1927 to the late Ira and Vivian Huntsucker. He was married to Bobbye Lou Wells Vincent Huntsucker for almost 25 years. James was a WWII veteran and graduated from Weatherford College. He was a teacher, coach, referee and worked for Sinclair Oil Company for 20 years. He then became and owner and operator of Marko Oil Company in Marlin, Texas for 13 years. After selling his company he became a golf pro for numerous country clubs in Texas. He was a thirty second degree mason and served on the Bluff Dale council. He was an avid golfer who liked to play in the trees.
Survivors: daughter, Cindy Huntsucker of Granbury; sons, Douglas Clayton Huntsucker and wife, Marilyn, of Florida; Kenneth Lee Huntsucker of California; stepsons, Rusty Vincent and wife, Pam, of Midland and Steve Vincent and wife, Kim, of Weatherford; stepdaughters, Sheron Marvin and Rod, of Brock and Debbie Foster and husband, Gene, of Canyon Lake; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Bobbye and 2 granddaughters.
