Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm. Wednesday; January 27, 2021 at Long Creek Cemetery in Granbury under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.

James David Young, 62, passed away on Saturday; January 23, 2021 in Fort Worth.

David was born May 16, 1958 in Midland, Texas to Donald Eugene and Betty Jo McDonald Young.

He was retired from SDI of Fort Worth as a Food Service Manager after (25) years of excellent service. David was the best of them all. He was one hundred percent devoted to his family and was “The Rock” for them all.

David is survived by his sister, Sharon Norman; brother, Mike Young; nephews, John Kelly Norman and Michael Dean Norman; nieces, Shaunda Norman and Crystal Waller , numerous great nieces and nephews, and by his very dear friend of (25) years, Marilyn Schaepe and her two daughters, Kimberly Schneider and Juliana Schaepe.

He preceded in death and by a brother, Donald ” Shotgun” Young.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm. Wednesday; January 27, 2021 at Long Creek Cemetery in Granbury under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
