Janet “Jan” Elizabeth Hess passed away Friday, February 4, 2022.

 

Memorial service: 3 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Chapel

Jan was born June 15, 1951 in Fort Worth. She worked for 20 years at the Tarrant County Clerks Office. Jan enjoyed traveling, especially to Memphis because of her love for Elvis. Her family was her life and she loved nothing more than to spend time with them. She had a huge heart that was full of kindness and love. Jan will be sorely missed by all.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill Jones and Frances Henry.

 

Survivors: Husband, David Hess; children, Dina Deniz, David Deniz and wife, Bobbi Jo, Trent Totin and wife, Elaina, Jason Hess and wife, Melissa and Amber Secrest and husband, Erik; grandchildren, Chanler Cofer, Preslie, Nicholas, Anthony, Kylie, Savanah, Kinley, and Phoenix; great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Sawyer; siblings, Cyndi Moore and husband, Danny and Forrest Jones; aunt, Pat Bigby; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
