GRANBURY — Jan Warren, 58, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012, in Granbury.
Memorial service: 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012, at the Sheet’s residence, 2289 Green Meadows Drive, Glen Rose, Texas 76043.
Jan was born Feb. 3, 1954, in Deer Lodge, Mont., to Wayne Francis Townsend and Ruth Munden Townsend. She married Peter Albert Warren, Sept. 11, 1991, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She worked as a bookkeeper in the oil and gas industry and had managed an apartment complex in Illinois. She never complained and was an inspiration in her battle with cancer. Jan moved to Granbury 14 years ago and enjoyed golfing. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Nicki, Robin and Joan.
Survivors: Husband, Peter Warren; son, Travis Patten; sister, Phyllis McCullar and husband, Butch; brothers, Mark Townsend, Scott Townsend and wife, Rhonda; grandchildren, Cayla Wayne Patten, Braxton Patten; and numerous nieces and nephews.
