Jay Francis Svacina, 63, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015, at his home. There will a private committal at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date. Jay is survived by his sisters, Sherri Critchlow, Yvonne Amick, and Denise Langley; and a large extended family.
