Jo Billie Gray Carroll went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at the age of 94 years.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. The graveside commital service will be Tuesday in Walters, Okla. The family will receive friends on Sunday prior to the service.

Jo Billie was born in Stephens County, Okla., and grew up in the Greg community in Cotton County, Okla. She attended school in Greg and Temple, Okla., where she graduated in 1937. She moved to Fort Worth in 1961 and worked for Sears and Roebuck as an interior decorator for 17 years before retiring in 1981.
She was a member of Birchman Baptist Church and was very active in apartment ministries, a volunteer for Corner of the Field and Kids Club Bible Study. She was a past matron of O.E.S. Chapter #363 in Temple, Okla.
Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Carroll.
She raised her family to love the Lord and to spend time daily reading his word. We find peace knowing she is with him now and are certain he welcomed her home saying, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
Survivors include her son, Lynn McDonald; stepson, Neil Carroll; stepdaughter, Dorothy Jones; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
